Our Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase and your support of our business. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for either store credit, a replacement, or full refund. Returns
All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days or two (2) weeks of purchase. All returned items must be in new or unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached
Return Process
To return an item, please contact us via email at fabrilix.contact@gmail.com with your proof of purchase to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping address. After receiving an RMA number and the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address while including the following information:

Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly suggest you use a trackable method for return shipping. Thank you.
Credit Exchange or Replacement
After receiving and inspecting the condition of your returned product, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow us at least four (4) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Please contact us via email with your RMA number and state whether you wish to receive store credit, a replacement, or a full refund. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed
